its easy AND fun

had to start over this year(had new computer and new 8.1 system) while it took a little longer to fill in info that was stored on old 7 system, it was still fun and accurate

Made the process easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It makes this complicated process very easy. I like all of the online help with access to IRS and State Taxation sites. Price is still reasonable.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions with reference material handy.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

we love using turbo tax every year for our returns. we have never had any problems and love how easy it is. thank you so much.
What's great about it: makes taxes so easy for our family. even breaks things into sinmple terms for understanding.

Each year I get better !

Overall.. It was a shorter time doing my return this year (only 3 hours) compared to the previous year that took me about 4 hours.
What's great about it: I liked the "what's this" feature for my questions
What's not so great: I was looking for a form 5329 and couldn't find it
