I have used turbo tax for several years and find it very user friendly.
What's great about it: turbo tax remains exceptionally easy to use
What's not so great: i always fear that i will miss something relevant
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Although I filed 1040A, I couldn't find Schedule A.
I needed Schedule A for my Oregon State Income Tax records.
I needed Schedule A for my Oregon State Income Tax records.
I was able to find Schedule A for my 2013 filings, but not this year for my 2014 filings.

Keeps getting better

We have used Ttax since ... as long as I can remember. It has gotten more & more user friendly through the years and, even though we have often owed, we have always felt it captured a true picture.
If you're trying to file taxes using "creative accounting" methods, go elsewhere, Ttax is a conservative, straight forward platform.

What's great about it: Everything is user friendly, easy to use.

Loved my Refund

If you made it recognize the saved PDF files it would be so much easier and faster to complete my taxes.
What's great about it: All the refunds it helped me find
What's not so great: saving as PDF - this program did not recognize my 2013 taxes as a PDF file

What's great about it: Began at 70 withTurbo Tax still here 8 yrs later.
What's not so great: I'm tired of filing taxes.
