didn't ask if my retirement fell under the Bailey's settlement. Had to tell the program that that is what it was.
What's great about it: easy to work with
What's not so great: needs to be made clearer for the average tax prepayer

Super easy

I have always used an accountant but his rates went up and I can't afford him. I tried Turbo Tax for the first time and found it super easy! Why was I using an accountant? This was so simple, walked through the questions and got the same result if I had sent my info off to my accountant.

Great product

I have been using Turbotax to file my personal, corporate and families returns. As an accountant I find it to be a very simple and accurate program covering all major tax related topics quickly and easily. Makes filing a breeze. I recommend both the personal and corporate versions as I have used both for more than the last ten years.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Accuracy, Topics Covered
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years with no issue. Bought the audit defense and used it with great success as well in 2011 with positive outcome.
