Confident Refund

Turbo Tax speeds up the process by importing my prior year's data. Even though it is somewhat painfully thorough about obscure issues, it gives me a great deal of confidence that my refund is accurate and I will never have a difficult audit.
What's great about it: Saved time by importing last year's info
What's not so great: Even after many years of usages asks about obscure things.

Very confusing pricing

I bought on Amazon and thought the price included state fee as it was titled, FEDERAL AND STATE. It did not include state fee. That should have been made much clearer at purchase time.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to complete returns
What's not so great: Pricing confusing and paid more than I thought

I am not good with things like this but TurboTax made tax filing so that I could even understand it. I have troubles with a few things as far as learning but I never came across anything that I wasn't able to understand with TurboTax. Thank you!

Tax Refund Experience

Turbo Tax is a wonderful software tax tool. You cannot make mistake and there is always the feature of someone to help explain anything you don't understand.
What's great about it: Software was very intuitive. I like the feature of being able to transfer information from the previous tax year.

Disappointed a bit

I have used Turbo Tax for 8 years. It usually is flawless. Not this year. First it kept crashing when attempting to load State of Michigan. Should have told me not avail. Then crashed sending fed return. Then crashed loading credit card payment. Finally it is done and gone.
What's great about it: Keeps track even when crashing
What's not so great: Kept crashing and no advisory as to State programming not avail
