So Easy

TurboTax was the first online tax preparation program I did. It was so easy to do! I was worried that I may mess up, but the double check section at the end, made me very confident I did it!
What's great about it: The step-by-step process
What's not so great: The more info window pop-up couldn't be enlarged
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love TT, but I find it a bit on the expensive side. I just need simple forms not forms for homeowners.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Cost

My 2013 TurboTax saved documents were located in my Documents on my C drive, yet your software said it couldn't find them. I had to hand enter everything. Awful! Nothing I could except spend 2 hours hand typing what should have been imported.
What's great about it: Most was very easy to use
What's not so great: Software refused to import my last year's Turbotax data

As good as before...

Just a homeowner, no major investments, simple life, so a simple form, basically. I always have a low audit risk. It's just a nice, quick way to get the taxes done and get the refund quickly! :-)
