Easier than ever before

It saves so much time when TurboTax imports the previous years information. The program seems so much easier today than it was in years past.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions made it a snap to complete and file my return.

Good product

I really appreciated the help desk's assistance (especially Natalie) when I encountered problems transmitting my tax files. I had to utilize Google Chrome in place of Internet Explorer. I have been a loyal Turbo Tax customer for at least 5 years and plan to stay with Turbo Tax unless it gets too expensive for my returns.
What's great about it: I like the way the program walks me through every step.
What's not so great: Had difficulty transmitting file

2014 Tax Filing

Just plain easy to use. Have used it for at least 10 years, probably longer, if you can read and follow directions, you can do your taxes and be confident that they are correct. Would not change tax vendors for anything. Just plain easy.
What's great about it: Just follow the instructions, can't go wrong
What's not so great: really aren't any. if you're used to Turbotax, it is consistent year after year

Still Love Turbo Tax

Last year I switched to Turbo Tax after several years using CompleteTax (later became eSmart Tax). I loved the friendly conversational tone of the interface & how easy it was to work forwards & backwards through the filing.
There were a lot of negative online reviews about the new version of Turbo Tax. This initially worried me, but it seemed like the reviewers hadn't read through the product descriptions... if they had, they would have realized that some of the features were realigned to a different version. It seemed well explained. I wasn't concerned because the Deluxe version still includes everything I need.
What's great about it: User Interface, Explanations, Start from Prior Year Info, Confidence in Filing/Max Refund
What's not so great: Slight delay paying state filing fee

TurboTax has been my "go-to" for years, and with good reason: I always feel that my return has been prepared professionally and completely. It has also taught me to keep better records!

Quick and easy. Walks you through every step and has helpful pointers if you're unsure of any questions. Fastest route to go for those who prefer to file on their own and have only the basics to worry about.
What's great about it: step by step
What's not so great: sometimes you can't find the same questions when going backwards that you know you were asked the first time through
