The Guide Helps

Turbo Tax helps guide us through a fairly simple process. We filed 1040 A so we were able to pass by a lot of unneeded information. We like being able to do it at home for ourselves since we don't meet deductions or need for extensive counseling.

Have used TuboTax for years! It is always dependable and easy to use. I have multiple incomes to enter and I just answer the questions and I am DONE!
What's great about it: So easy to follow, just answer the questions!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I Like that it gives you step by step help and that there is really no chances of making any mistakes. I like that it guides you along the way. What I would like to see improve is the detailed information given as to what you can and cannot claim when it comes to school as well as employment expenses.
What's great about it: that it helps you step by step
What's not so great: that they do not provide you with detailed info as what you can claim for school expenses.

Turbo tax made it a lot easier for me to navigate filing taxes
What's great about it: The explanations of each form & how your refund is calculated
What's not so great: unguided in reading print out of tax forms

I really liked the new 'format' for TurboTax. From filling out the returns to the final filing, it was a breeze.
