I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it keeps getting better! Keep it up!
What's great about it: Step by step help
What's not so great: none

EASY FILING

Ease of use is great, and it imports all info from previous year. I wish they would make e-filing for state taxes free though. And I also wonder if I am getting my maximum return because they make you choose your tax filing status in the beginning. How do I definitely know it's not better to choose married filing separately? I guess I won't know unless I have a tax accountant preview the last few years of returns that we processed through Turbo Tax. All in all, it is easy and fast so I don't have any extra headaches or stress.
What's great about it: EASE OF USE
What's not so great: WE WISH IT WAS FREE TO E-FILE STATE TAX RETURNS

I like how Turbo Tax walks you through every step and you can always go back if you think you missed something. Ease of searching for questions.

I liked when it only took 5 minutes for me to fill out my taxes using Turbo Tax. Its been taking a few more minutes every year. We're up to about 45 minutes... Let's go back to the 5 to 10 minute mark.
What's great about it: Complete confidence that my returns are correct.
What's not so great: Takes too long.

I was able to get a much larger refund than I was expecting because this program walked me step by step through everything. It was so great to be able to accomplish all this in my own home and still feel secure with the Audit protection option.

Don't understand why I have to pay to file my state return when I paid for the software, but if I had done my taxes online, I wouldn't have to pay for neither Federal or State return.

Why the "DO NOT FILE" on the PDFS ??
I should be able to select the forms without this FEATURE.
