Turbo tax

Would like to be able to just download each year. I wouldn't mind paying for the new version each year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Have to buy new each year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Be Confident When You File!

Turbo Tax covers everything, leaving you secure in the knowledge that your return is accurate AND complete. If there is something you don't understand, there are help screens to provide additional information and FAQs (frequently asked questions). You are done in no time, and your return is on it's way. This is at least my 12th year of using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes sure nothing is forgotten by asking questions about your 2014 life. It''s so easy!

User for many years

I've used TurboTax since 2001. I like being able to be guided by the program or do each step as I choose. I feel I do as good a job as would be done by a tax service. The only time I pay a professional is if there is a major change in my circumstances where I am not comfortable that I will do things correctly. I recomment Turbotax.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process to follow
What's not so great: A few items that are confusing. Maybe improvements in help screens would be good.

What's not so great: would like easier access back to a previous location and back to last section completed

Required Unnecessay Repition

Exasperating and took longer than it should.
What's great about it: I was asked questions that lead me through the process.
What's not so great: I used Turbo Tax on the internet last year and on a CD this year and it would not copy info from the prior year.
