Like an annual bonus at my leisure

I have been using TurboTax for quite a few years now, and I could not be happier with the step by step process. I actually learn from the process and get the most out of my deductions.
What's great about it: Taxes done in the comfort of my own home
What's not so great: Sometimes the descriptions are a little over the average person's head

Smooth and painless

I've used the other big stores and switched to TurboTax 3 years ago. I recommend to all my friends and family.
What's great about it: Quick, simple, elegant.
What's not so great: Nothing this simple and effective has any cons

Been using Turbotax for the past three years and have had no issues whatsoever. Easy, Fast, and Accurate.
What's great about it: Simple Easy to follow instructions

Great - except....

this is my 20+ year of filing taxes. All but one that I've done on the computer, I've done with ttax, and will likely continue to do so.
lots of great features, easy to use, detailed, etc.
Love that they added option to deduct 529 contributions for state income this year (has been absent until 2014)
My only complaint at this time is that the only way to save a file to my computer is as a .pdf. This cannot be read by any tax software, including Ttax in the future.
What's great about it: all the great convenience and features of TTax
What's not so great: I want to save file as a .tax file for next year, but can't do that this year

This is the only way to go if you want to file your own taxes and it handles every situation that you will encounter.
What's great about it: everyting is simple step by step
What's not so great: had a hard time fining the rejection link on the return but i got it with some digging
