There should be a button to select this is a pension instead of asking if payments met the RMA requirement. Pensions are pensions not IRA accounts.

Easy to use

I have used this for years. Last year I had some unusual issues and went to a tax accountant after I used turbo tax just to make sure I understood everything. The accountant made errors I had to show him. I will never go to him again.
What's great about it: takes me through everything I might not think of
What's not so great: try to sell additional products

I have nothing more to offer. You have made it very simple. I purchased Turbo Tax before I knew that you would do it for free. I will wait next year to see what my options will be.
What's great about it: I like being able to enter everything into the computer and printing it afterwards.

Quick and easy to follow

Very good product. I have used this for over 10 years and I always feel secure that my taxes are correct.
It would be nice if I could change my UserID. My late husband died 5 years ago ... you would think they could come up with a way to change my account from his name to mine....
What's great about it: Well organized, great walk through, Valuation help on donations of goods to charities.
What's not so great: Gettting pricey, customer interface

turboTax Federal Deluxe e-file

for the most part it was ease except for when I got into the job hunting deduction area I had to fill in a lot of the area free hand style. I thought it would be like the rest of turbortax and walk me through it.
What's great about it: it was ease to use
What's not so great: except for the job hunting area for deduction section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
