DIDN'T REALLY NEED THE DELUXE EDITION - COULD HAVE HAVE SAVED A BUNCH OF $$$ AND JUST GOT THE BASIC. WE NEVER HAVE ENOUGH TO ITEMIZE.
NOT CRAZY ABOUT HAVING TO PAY TO E-FILE WITH THE STATE - COULD DO IT FOR FREE IF I WANTED TO TAKE THE EXTRA TIME - BUT AT LEAST IT'S DONE

Great product! I've been using Turbotax since the second year it came out. My accountant told me, "I was too clean to be paying someone to do my taxes", and recommended Turbotax.

Refunds so EASY

Everything is just so easy on this software and they handle everything, so you don't need to worry if you missed a form. Just collect your forms sent from different institutions (1099INT from banks, W2's from employers, mortgage interest forms if you own a home, etc.). TurboTax can even let you import all the information from W2's by just providing a couple points of information. So easy, and so fast. I have been using TurboTax for years, and will continue to do so. All my taxes done in less than 2 hours? Yes, please!
The ONLY issue was a separation between the website application (used last year) and the physical software (used this year). I had to go to the website and download a the tax2013 file so it could import into my software. I did not have this and do not remember being prompted, but if this is the only problem I could think of, they're in pretty great shape!
What's great about it: Goes through everything for you and explains perfectly
What's not so great: Seems to be a separation between physical software and website application

I did taxes many years ago and your system is, in my opinion fairly easy to use.

Another Year Using Turbo Tax!

Consitent, predictable, and trusted. I don't have the most complex return, and Turbo Tax's format guides me through everything and helps pick up[ the little details (like car tabs) that I might otherwise overlook.
What's great about it: Consistent Interface year to year - this is year 10
What's not so great: Install blew up a couple times this year, but I finally got it running.
