TurboxTax Deluxe 2014

I have used Turbo Tax for filing our taxes for many years. At one point I decided to use another product due to being a cheaper price. Ended up buying Turbo Tax as the other program was not user friendly and confusing. Thank you for making a stressful chore much less so.
What's great about it: Guides you step by step. User Friendly.

Always nice to use for simple tax return

Why does the default file name when saving a return ALWAYS want to say SINGLE (as in filing single) when I am filing MARRIED. And, why does it only us first initial of first name? I do my kids taxes and their names all begin with 'T'... I always have to modify the saved name... Seems simple enough if you know my first initial, you know my whole first name for use in the save file name...
What's great about it: Simple to answer questions
What's not so great: Default file save name lacking

Great Software

Overall a good software. As long as you understand the questions, (their added description are helpful too) the software does a great job. If you have a complex or even somewhat complex return, you have to have a basic understanding of what you are doing as the software doesn't help as much.
What's great about it: Found a great return amount
What's not so great: More detailed areas you have to know a little about what your doing.

Very Easy

I used to fill out and file my own taxes. Now, since the government can't afford to send out the booklets anymore, it just seems to be less trouble to use TurboTax. Also with changing tax rules, it is nice to not have to read the entire booklet when doing my taxes.I find TurboTax to be simple and reliable.
What's great about it: Used last year, so all of last years info transferred saving time

What's great about it: very easy, help provided every step of the way
What's not so great: Year after year, impossible to retrieve the report from the last filing year.

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 4 years, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! And I will continue to use it. Its fast and easy, and they make sure that it accurate.
What's great about it: I do my own taxes, easy, fast, don't have to pay someone a crazy amount of money
What's not so great: NONE
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
