TURBO TAX IS A GREAT TO HELP A PERSON TO FILL OUT TAXES!
What's great about it: I LIKE WHEN IT WALK ME STAP BY STEP WHEN FILING MY TAXES
What's not so great: ASKING TO MANY QUESTION ABOUT HOMEOWNER AND DONT GIVE BACK ON THE PERSON THAT IS RENTING A PLACE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

They take you though everything and it makes it real easy to get it done. It always takes me hours to start and complete my taxes but I am always satisfied after when they are done. Turbo Tax helps to reduce half of the stress of filing your taxes.
What's great about it: easy, efficient, time saving
What's not so great: Always takes me hours to complete my taxes but that's just me.

Great--except for State

I don't know why I'm surprised year after year, but here I am. Federal taxes are so easy to navigate and file with the TurboTax software, but I am so disappointed in the state side of software. WHY do I have to pay to prepare, then again for filing on state? Charge me more for the total software (state included) next time, and maybe the illusion of "free" state efiling will keep me from turning into the Hulk.
What's great about it: Federal was a breeze
What's not so great: State prep/filing is a rip off

When entering deductions I became confused while making home improvement entries. I reviewed the questions several times before moving on to the next section.
What's great about it: Fast entries !
What's not so great: Some question can be construed as reverse type questions.

Turbo Tax 2014 Deluxe

Overall, an easy to use program. did not like the changes to it this year in that some schedules were removed and installed in another tax application that required an upgrade to utilize.
What's great about it: Quick transfer of 2013 data to 2014 forms.
What's not so great: VA State specifies you can't deduct car registration but does not have a place to enter car property tax deductions.

Only TurboTax

TurboTax is the absolute best tax software. I've never had any problems and its smooth & easy. Don't bother wasting time or money on anything else. I completely trust TurboTax every year
What's great about it: Ease of use, pulls info from last year
What's not so great: none
