No other way to file!

Very easy to use! I saved all my paperwork in folders this year and was able to complete my tax returns in one evening.
What's great about it: super easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The only way I file my taxes is with Turbo Tax to do both my federal and state taxes. Easy to use and saves time.

As screens are presented to taxpayer, you should have option on each page for feedback. That file can be uploaded to you to make program better each year with feedback on each sheet as needed. Ran into two pages that confused me, don't remember now what they were. Also, two years in a row the local RITA taxes are calculated wrong. This wrong result migrates to an error on the next year's return. RITA is only filed online, they will not take paper returns, why calculate them (right or wrong).
What's great about it: Easy, intuitive
What's not so great: Local taxes always calculated wrong. Uses wrong results to make error on next years fed return. Too cute.
