Found the tax forms easy to follow, and a snap to complete.
Need to find more deductions for the next tax season. I am going to have to put in a new AC system and solar panels to get my max deduction for next year

I love Turbotax, I have filed with it for 6 years now and haven't had any problems whatsoever. Make it to where the efile for the state is free and you'd get 5 stars out of me.
What's great about it: Super easy to use
What's not so great: Having to pay to efile the state return

I've used TurboTax for numerous years and love the way it guides you through the process. It saves me money by not having to pay a CPA or Tax Company to complete the forms.

I had problems this year with the Form 1098. It took a while to discover the problem with telephone assistance but finally did find the solution.
What's great about it: Screens are easy to follow
What's not so great: Trouble shooting required telephone assistance

Well I use turbo tax every year for the last 5 years, this is very easy to use. I like the step by step turbo tax takes me through every thing to make sure I get all my deductions.
What's great about it: easy to follow

Incomplete instructions

I have used TurboTax for the past 12 years with no problems.However this year, my federal taxes were rejected by the IRS when I electronically filed. I was then told to file my federal taxes by mail . There were no instructions to file by mail on my Turbo Tax federal instructions since I had already electronically filed. Please update your software so it addresses this issue
