Turbo Tax for Beginners

My first time using Turbotax, so the ride was a bit bumpy; however, I liked the step-by-step process and the ability to go back after I'd realized I had made a mistake. Instructions were clear and concise.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, told you where you stood regarding your refund, or how much to pay, and took care of the state.

I use this for the last 8 years with no problems. I trust Turbo Tax and they have never let me down. I always get great advise to plan for the next year. Keep up the great work!

Easy and Quick

This is the fifth year in a row I used Turbo Tax. It takes a lot of the pain out of the process.
What's great about it: Simple and straight forward
What's not so great: Federal Government
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I love it. It makes filing my taxes a relief. I know I have received all of my deductions and done my taxes properly.

I don't see how anyone can use anything other than TurboTax. I is informative, and as stress free as this can actually be. Great program!

Usual easy return

A very easy to use program that all consumers can follow quickly/ accurate and simple to use. No big questions go unanswered.
What's great about it: easy to use/simple-easy questions to follow
What's not so great: Could not go back after researching the 2 semesters of book fees to be recalculated. The tax credit was already given.
