So Easy

Have used Turbo Tax for years and it just gets easier. They improve the ease of use every year. I've called the service center a couple times over the years and they've always been very helpful and friendly.
What's great about it: Intuitive, guides you thru what you need to do and lets you choose what you want to do next
What's not so great: I won't be doing the auto renewal again; I can get it for much less off the shelf

Refund made Easy!!!

Turbotax helped me decide if my side jobs were worth working. I was able to watch the calculator at the top to determine the difference that my side jobs were making in my refund. I also like that it asked for information upfront to help determine which deductions I would need to take.

Lousy product

The only way I can figure out to file the MA state form is to efile, which I don't want to do since my MA refund is smaller than the cost to efile. I will move to another tax software next year. Turbo Tax is no longer user friendly. It's all about squeezing as much of of tax payers as possible. It's ridiculous that I have to pay more for the state form than the federal, and the state program is so unfriendly
What's not so great: I can't figure out how to print MA state form for filing via mail

Painless tax.... Man!

We have done our taxes with the Turbo for the last 5 years. A few years ago our return was very complicated and you got us through with no problems. I stopped paying big bucks for a return that I could do my self with the Turbo. Our returns now are less complicated but the Turbo still comes through.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions!
What's not so great: Wow, not much. You guys are persistent with the questions but that is good.

Turbo tax is a great program to use. I have been using it for years and have always had a good experience with them. I also do the taxes of some of my relatives with Turbo tax and I like how I can submit up to 5 e-files with it. Great job Turbo tax. I recommend this product to lots of people and I will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Got done in no time. No problems whatsoever!!!
What's not so great: I don't have any dislikes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Prepare taxes like a pro!

We've used Turbo tax for many years and have saved lots on money through home tax self filing. This program is very thorough and easy to use.
What's great about it: Very thorough program for beginners or novice preparers.
What's not so great: No cons to state.
