Really mad that I couldn't e-file my State Return

I've used Turbo Tax for years. It would have been nice to get a heads up before I spent 50 minutes on hold wondering why I couldn't e-file my state return. My time is too valuable to stay on hold that long! I never go through to e-file, so I just mailed it!
What's great about it: Fed. went fine
What's not so great: Why can't I e-file my State return?

Quick and Easy

Took me less than 2 hours to do a itemized deductions tax return. Very thorough but offered the option to wing it on my own if I wanted. Very satisfied.
What's great about it: Liked the in-depth descriptions on confusing terms
What's not so great: trying to up sell the additional services

Turbo Tax 2014

Having been a Turbo Tax user for over 10 years this Turbo Tax 2014 is probably clunkiest (worst) Turbo Tax I have ever used.
The flow is confusing - if you save your Tax Worksheet, exit and then return you have to dig through mounds of questions to get back to where you left off. If I exit an application and return, my expectation are to be returned to where I left off, not having to dig through a pile of entries in order to find the spot in which I had left off. I may be rethinking my use of Tax Software come 2015 returns.

worst turbo tax ever

i have used turbo tax for 10 years.absolutely the worst experience ive had!i spent 2 hours trying to get it to load and stay open.kept having to cancel and reopen to get to next page.once I got past register purchase,look for updates,install updates,it worked fine.tried 2 different computers with same results.VERY frustrating!probably lost me as a loyal customer!
What's great about it: once i got it to load and stay open,it worked like before.

Download did not go through- messed up my computer

I tried to download the additional forms at the end of the program that were needed to file the return and they did not go through and became corrupted on my computer. I had to pay $50 for someone to work on my computer and straighten it out.

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now to do my return. I always feel that has done the job for me each year. I've looked at others over the years, but have always felt this is the best.

The only down side to this product is that you have to pay additional fees to efile the state return. I feel that you should be able to efile 1 or 2 for free since you had to pay to purchase this product.
