Great program!

Really great program that was easy to use and to follow. I felt like it covered all the bases and got me a larger refund than I would have gotten from visiting a tax professional or using another tax program.

Turbo Tax is quick and easy. Really covers all of the details and leaves no stone unturned to get you the best refund!
What's great about it: Saves time by pulling in last years info to help complete and compare with current return!
What's not so great: Can't think of anytling

Portland, Oregon arts tax

The City of Portland, Oregon, instituted a local tax 2 years ago, known as the Arts Tax. Turbo tax does not list this under local taxes, nor does Turbo Tax provide an easy, intuitive place to enter this tax. I'm very disappointed that you don't update for new local taxes.

Prep went much faster this year. Helps if you use the same computer as last year or have access to last year's PDF.

Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 2 years now and have had no problems. It is extremely easy to use, however, I do not like how I qualified to file my state income taxes fee, AND then in order to continue with the tax preparation I was required to upgrade the Turbo Tax program in order to proceed and pay a fee to file my state taxes. I will probably not be utilizing Turbo Tax to file my taxes next year because of the additional fees that are not presented to the consumer prior to purchase. Thank you for understanding.
