Excellent software but with a surprise.

Very good software. You kind of missed the statement that state e-file is not included in the price on the box cover.
What's great about it: Detailed and efficient.
What's not so great: Surprise state e-file charge.

Super Turbo

This was the best and fastest TurboTax I've used, and I've been using it for many years. I was literally done in less than a half hour from loading to e-filing. The only hitch I had was I had to go back to edit one W-2, then when I went forward, it didn't seem it had saved my subsequent W-2, so I re-entered all the information, and when I finished that W-2, it had actually saved it (but there was no way to know it until I had completed it and it showed two of the same W-2's.) I just deleted one of them. No big deal, but it could be better.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate
What's not so great: Using BACK option

Excellent Program

Been using TurboTax for years. Never had a problem and always got the biggest refund possible. The program is easy to use and guides you through the process whether your a beginner or a seasoned user. Plenty of help if needed and well explained.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Tried to charge me for state application and other fees and could not just print to mail.

Easy as pie

I had a choice: go on my own or walk thru every topic. As I received my documents, I went through and inserted the information. Once I received the final 1099, I went from the beginning to ensure I missed nothing. WAHOO, done with my Tax Return in 40 minutes. Turbo Tax has saved me money since I started using it 3 years ago. Thank You Turbo Tax, you make my life that much easier when it comes to completing my taxes.
What's great about it: Every topic was well explained and was able to complete everything in a matter of minutes.
What's not so great: Is there something bad?

Tried and true

I have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years. I have been extremely happy with the ease to file and the reasonable price for the software. Only once did I have a problem with the return and it was a year in which I moved to a new state and the state I moved to didn't agree with the amount of refund calculated by Turbo and received nearly $800 less than expected. Still not sure what the problem was either?
I still use Turbo Tax despite the one time negative event and would highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Very comprehensive but easy to follow format
What's not so great: Last year my state refund was questioned and drastically reduced so I didn't get the money I thought I would

The Perfect Solution

WOW! Using Turbo Tax by Intuit was an awesome experience. I just answered some simple questions and poof, I'm getting a return I know is accurate! Thanks Turbo Tax!

I had to enter my schedule D by hand into the form. Ridiculous

What's not so great: Deluxe version wouldn't do a Schedule D
