Great Refund!!!

The program made doing taxes so easy. Their is so much help which makes you confident to do your own taxes. First the greatest thing is they transfers your previous years information into this years return. Then their is link threw the whole thing that explains exeactly what they are looking for in each category which makes it super easy for you to know if this is something that qualifiy for your or not. The step by step explanation of everything is great. I recommed this program to everyone.
What's great about it: previous tax year information transffered over
What's not so great: i don't have any cons for this program

I think the most confusing thing for me were the lists that were used prior to answering a question. Then I would go to the next page and find what was applicable to me. Once I got the hang of what was being done it was really very simple. It appears I may have been over-thinking what was being asked for fear of making a mistake thus making it harder than it was meant to be.
What's great about it: Overall I thought it was excellent

Fast and Easy

Software is very easy to use, simplifies the filing process. Did my taxes in a couple of hours (counting software installation, etc.), confident that they are done correctly. Have used this for several years, love that it carries over past information and can track my deductions through It's Deductible online and load them in automatically at tax time.
What's great about it: The interview helps make sure we catch everything
What's not so great: Cost keeps going up...

Always The Best

Turbo Tax Deluxe covers all my tax information and makes it very easy to file my return. Before turning to Turbo Tax 15 years ago, I used a professional tax company. For 3 years, I had to file amended State Returns because the tax company did not know how to deal with one area of my taxes. Since switching to Turbo Tax, I have never had to file an amended return. I can file with complete confidence that I have received my maximum refund.
What's great about it: easy, detailed, audit help
What's not so great: Can't find one

SMOOTHER THAN EVER

I've used Turbo Tax for nearly 20 years. Through renting a home to owning, selling and buying, running a small business in Mary Kay, a personal bankruptcy, marriage, children, and now with the "healthcare reform" changes. I prepare my taxes solely with Turbo Tax and have never had a problem. I am really impressed this year, as they have cleaned up their program to increase ease and speed of process by more concise explanations and importing more data from previous year using Turbo Tax. JUST FANTASTIC!!!! Thank you Turbo Tax people!!!!
What's great about it: USER FRIENDLY, QUICK, COMPLETE, THOROUGH EXPLANATIONS
What's not so great: COST COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER PERHAPS

I was disappointed that I couldn't e-file due to the change in forms for the college savings accounts. Seems like a simple enough form.
