I was disappointed with the "state included" filing payment.
What's great about it: I liked that it easliy walked through all the different categories to get the best refunds

I love turbo tax I have been using this product for more than 5 years.

Best and easiest ever

I have used TurboTax since it came out and this is by far the best and simplest version yet. Why spend money on a tax preparer when you can do your own for a fraction of the cost and that tax prepared probably uses that same program.
What's great about it: Much simpler than previous versions

What's up with the new pull-down boxes

I was disappointed to see the new pulldowns after i converted last year's return. I had to click on about 20 items (w-2, mortgage lenders, 1099s, etc,) and then select whether they applied in the current year or needed to be removed. In prior versions it was simply a click.
What's great about it: Reliable
What's not so great: New pulldowns are annoying

I found Turbo Tax an excellent tool for completing taxes quick and efficient. Transporting information from prior year was quick and easy.

Turbo Customer Focused Care and Experience

The baseline approach for my review and the really genuine applause for a product and experience doing my taxes over the years; is the fact that you guys have so ably and expertly taken the god awful situation of filing our required taxes and made the process work extremely well. I have experienced annual measurable enhancement of the product and will just say kudos to the techies, and many more kudos to the customer care work and team that has produced a product that is second to none in your industry... For me it boils down to Simple and Easy to Use, As detailed as needed and scalable for complexity, Accurate for peace of mind.. All-in-all a great product!!
What's great about it: Excellent Customer care and experience over the years. I have seen and experienced just a great product.
What's not so great: None measurable and perceptible to me.
