Turbo Tax 2014

I have used Turbo Tax for years, this year I had an issue while trying to pay and my account got hit too many times. Customer Service cleared the issue quickly. I am still a customer thanks to great customer service.

Taxes used to take me several days prior to using Turbo Tax. Now I can complete the activity in two hours.

I love TurboTax! Every year has been an easy way to finish it up our yearly taxes. The software is helpful and easy to follow the step by step questions till your done. Looking forward to next year......
What's great about it: Easy and through.
What's not so great: None =)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would rate this software excellent and much improved over
TaxAct, which does not have a version for the iMac.

I believe that TurboTax is becoming too expensive for the Deluxe version. And all the annoying ads for extra services are a waste of time. I know that one can click right through but there is no need to keep pounding the consumer. I may look to different tax prep software if TurboTax continues to climb in price.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Expense.
