It's so easy to use

I love how easy it is to use. The yes or no questions take the headache out of trying to understand the forms. I also love the fact that you do not have to have an internet connection the whole time your using it, just when you are e-filing.

Best tax program out there, fixed the hard to find Alimony entry from last year. Wish you wouldn't ask me 5 times if I wanted to do my State taxes when you already said I do not need to file state taxes.
What's great about it: Easier to use than last year
What's not so great: Have to scroll down to see the "continue" button on every page

For years I have suggested, even as a Beta Tester for Turbo Tax, that the "next" button be at the top of the screen, rather than the bottom, and have it always be in the same position on the screen. So, you don't have to scroll to the bottom of each screen, and hunt for the Next button. During a quick review, having the button in the same place every time would make it so much easier to continue on throughout the forms and entries.
What's great about it: Step through sometimes complicated forms and entries with ease.
What's not so great: When reviewing, have to continually scroll to the bottom to hit "next" button.

tax refund

had a hard time down loading state retrurn and when I went to transmit my return, I got transmit errors and had to call three times to get help to resolve transmiting my returns. wefinally got it to transmit but we did not know why there was a problem.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: had to call4 timeswith download and transmit truoble

A lot simpler than packing up everything and going to a tax service. They only input the info I give them and then charge me for it. It's a waste of my time and our money.
What's great about it: so simple - importing last year's info was great
