Great!

This made self-filing low stress. However, entering the professional expenses for the state return was a little confusing and I wasn't sure weather or not to declare tuition paid for elementary school in other part of turbotax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Great product.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, updates automatically, direct links to needed upload sites
What's not so great: Does not save return to a cloud; computer crash with info means lost docs

I was able to transfer last and this year it would not do it. Does Turbo Tax need to be done on the same computer every year?

Success with first time user

I liked the program and found it simple to use. Sometimes I had questions and could get answers from the 'Why' sections that were next to the question. Having prepared my returns for many years I was unsure how the final product would compare to my prior returns. Excellent I am happy to report. Very satisfied with the program and glad I used. For best results don't be in a hurry when you use Turbo Tax and collect your information before you start. Makes the input of data much easier.
What's great about it: Program was easy to follow and questions were simple and an explanation of every question was available for me to use.
What's not so great: conflict between dates on multiple donations to one chariy and the final review. needs to be cleaned up
