Very easy to use. Takes no time at all.
What's great about it: 2 hours and our return was finished
What's not so great: not a free state return. Charged for direct deposit

This year was the easiest for me to file. TurboTax fixed the rather confusing entries for HSA accounts so I feel even more confident that my return is correct.
What's great about it: fixed the HSA

TurboTax is still great

I have been using TurboTax for 12 years and have never had a problem with the software or the process. All the negative things this year is just a bunch of people complaining because they were getting something for free and aren't anymore. Software is way better than paying an arm and a leg to one of those companies who hire people off the street and know no more about taxes than you or me.
What's great about it: Fast, easy. accurate

Seems to be getting more intuitive.
