not near as user friendly as past very disappointed even problems with trying to write a review

Easy to Use

Like the software. I had used H&R Block software for years but now prefer turbo tax.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Not sure about jumping from each item as opposed to asking basic questions first in an interview

you start out asking what my name is but then where the problem is when I was almost done I looked at a review so far and I was on the return first with my ss and this is not how it was filed last year. So I had to start all over, you may want to ask if you filed a joint return last year entry that name first. I was very upset that I was almost done and had to start over this is a simple program fix.
What's great about it: that this finally addressed an HSA acct
What's not so great: if filling joint it does not ask how names were on last return

Very Poor Product

Been using TurboTax for years and I can say this is the worst I have ever seen. 2441 forms that get added and can't be deleted. Too long to get corrections. Really have thoughts as to if I will use TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Too many problems with this version

I buy TurboTax every year because it can copy my info from the previous year and everything is extremely easy to complete.

I've been using TurboTax for 10 years or so. I love how it bases your return on your previous returns and then lets you make any needed changes.

As always it was easy to use. It was quick and walked me through the steps. It was easy to do with it transferring last years info forward.

They Always Deliver

I have been a Turbo Tax user for about eight years and continue to use the product because it is easy to navigate. The "help" section is also useful. This product takes the fear out of self filing your taxes.
I highly recommend Turbo Tax
