Something is really wrong with the program

I've used TurboTax for years, but for some reason, the system did not retain my return this year and I had to reenter all the information in order to generate a new return. I'm considering not using TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: My return seems to have disappeared

Disappointed in Intuit for changing Deluxe version

I have used the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax for the past 7 years and have always found it to be a good product until this year. It has been downgraded to exclude capital gains forms. Tax payers are being asked to pay more for the Premier version to complete the taxes they were able to complete in previous years using the Deluxe version. I see that H&R Block is offering a free download of its tax software this year for Turbo Tax users who are unhappy with this change. I haven't considered changing tax software before this year but I will be checking H&R Block out for sure next go around.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: 2014 Deluxe Version excludes Schedule C, D and E
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Why has Turbotax changed this year ???

What's not so great: No longer do you include Sch C, I had to pay 40.00 extra. Next year I will be looking at other companies and by the way

Very frustrated

Had to try 3 time to get my last year's return transferred. It doesn't really say that it's already been transferred. What was wrong with the way it was? It was easy to understand. My State return that I have always mailed now comes out with Dot not file Form not final written across it . No explanation, and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. My state return is final so I don't know why it's says that across my forms so I can't use them. I have been using Turbo tax for 9 years and I am so frustrated with this program It may be my last.

DOES NOT CHECK FOR MISTAKES!!!

I followed the instructions word for word but the software is incorrect and flawed causing the IRS to reject my submission. TurboTax FAILED to inform me that I had missing info. FYI the info was only missing because the software specifically told me I didn't need to enter it. Will NOT be using next year!

Deluxe isn't much of a deluxe, just get rid of it and make everyone buy the premier. Not happy that you have to upgrade to get schedule D

i sold some stock this year and apparently deluxe can't handle that. it prompted me to buy premier.
