TOP DOLLAR REFUND

I have been using Turbo Tax, roughly for 10 yrs or so and I have always gotten the best refund and Top Notch Service. Filing is simple for any case. Best way for starters is just use the walk thru process. For the purchase Price, plus the free Efile for Federal,, and the very minimum for state, it saves plenty of Money off what Private Tax companies would unnecessarily charge. I have compared Turbo Tax's outcome with other Tax Prep software and none compare to its accuracy and Expediency of its downloads and updating of forms,, As well as its fees.

2014 taxing

We...You and I just spent a couple hours together doing my taxes and when it comes time to pay you for e-filing my taxes you don't know my name or my address or my state or my zip code....Really? Ok I can type it all in but we just spent two hour going over my life in taxes and when it comes time to pay you don't know my name. No I don't want to sign up for a account so quit asking me every year and one last thing once completed then what? I have 3 or 4 icons on my screen that list the Turbo tax year 2011, 2012, 2013,now 2014 can I get rid of the old version or do i need them for information? I am guessing everything is on my 2014 so why don't YOU have a option to take the old version out or at least ask me if I want it removed them or something. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because I like it BUT I expect you to get better every year too. I am a loyal customer and you know my e-mail address so next year don't make me go out and order turbo tax send me a e-mail and the address you already have and ask me if I need a copy and you will send it to me. Remember we are in this together so why don't you act like it!
What's great about it: I like step by step
What's not so great: At the end of the State you don't know who I am?

Just think the process of entering HSA data could be much better..ie, HSA account is in wife's name, but covers me as a joint account. data entry questions confusing and I finally got the numbers to work accurately on the tax forms
What's great about it: almost everything except CONS
What's not so great: Programming dealing with HSA

Easy to use, accurate, and very detailed. System works diligently to insure maximum refunds. I am a long time user and would never change.
