Always Turbo Tax

We Have used Turbo Tax since it initially came out. It is an excellent product. The record keeping aspect, import capability, and ease of use is exceptional.
What's great about it: Ease of use. We have used Turbo Tax always

2014 Federal taxes

Filing taxes since 1952 has never been easier. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and never found a difficult item or requirement.
What's great about it: This program is the absolute best experience I have had in tax filing.

Turbo Tax Still the BEST

Even using the questions every year, still the most efficient software. Just wish I could e-file more than 5.
What's great about it: Calculates the best deductions and knows education credits

Not as good as previous years!

I know you are striving for improvements yearly. This year I think was not as successful as previous efforts. Hope you get it sorted out by next year.
What's great about it: Sorts out the taxes well and is accurate.
What's not so great: Aggravating filing process and unexpected fees.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
