Easy to Use

I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe. Very easy to use. Very impressed with the software and finding myself keep coming back to Intuit to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Quick
What's not so great: Still having to pay for my state e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use and I finished my taxes faster than I ever have! And also, there were no major surprises or hidden fees at the end for filing! I was very impressed being a first time user, and I look forward to continuing to use TurboTax from here on out to complete my returns.

Fourth year to use Turbo Tax. Makes filing simple for me. Covers many of the sections of the tax form I would over look. Plan to use it next year as well.

I cannot be any clearer than what I have already said. I love this turbo tax. I have never done the taxes before, my Husband always does them, but last year I tried it and WOW it was so easy I feel that I can do them every year now. Even when I had a question I called Turbo Tax and the lady who was there answered my question then stayed with me till I got it done right AMAZING!! If you've never tried Turbo Tax this is the year to give it a try, as the healthcare issue was in there and Turbo Tax made that so easy too!! Thank you Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: i love the fact that help is only a phone call away. I didn't understand something and a woman anwered my questions.
What's not so great: nothing!! I loved all of it

Although no one likes to wait, the service representative (Michelle) was very patient, pleasant, and helpful. Explained everything very thoroughly. She guided me through each step to get my returned filled quickly.
What's great about it: Covers all deductions to get best return
What's not so great: Telephone service wait time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
