2014 TurboTax

TurboTax has always done a great job in developing and distributing the online and download software but this year was a mess. Increase in price and very confusing as to which version was needed to complete taxes. You are better than this.
What's great about it: simple, step-by-step instructions
What's not so great: Increase in price, changing the versions and making it very confusing for people this year

So Easy

It is so quick and easy to file with TurboTax. I was able to do it on my day off while taking care of my kids. It was quick enough that I didn't have to take a whole lot of time out of my day but I am confident I got the best refund I could!

Always a pleasure to use. Easy to follow instructions and helpful tips. I don't have to pay a lot of money and stand in line to get it taken care of.

Have used turbo tax for at least 8 years or so. Love it and wouldn't change to any other program.
What's great about it: Best product and so easy to use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Refunded Again!

Love TurboTax, we've used it for many years. Only thing I wish we could change is, when we finish a section, we are returned back to the top of the list and must scroll down through pages to get to next section. Would be nice if there were a jump feature to go to the next section so we wouldn't have to keep scrolling.

What's not so great: Continually need to scroll through lists
