I have been a faithful user of this particular software for many years. Saves me so much money. Thanks TURBO TAX!!!
What's great about it: Anyone can do it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Previous editions seemed to be much more user friendly. Seems like Turbo Tax is losing its appeal.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Didn't really go in depth for deductions resulting in refinance of house

Easy return!

Turbo Tax is really easy to use. I wish sometimes there wouldn't be so many windows if you click on "learn more" but otherwise I'm very confident that my returns are correct.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very thorough
What's not so great: too many windows

Simple Tax Filing!

I completed and e-filed my 2014 taxes in 30 minutes. Why pay someone to do this when Turbo Tax makes it so quick and easy to do? Transferring data from previous returns makes filing a piece of cake. It's an outstanding product!
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. The most user friendly tax software I've found.
What's great about it: easy to follow, helpful topic explainations
What's not so great: I got charged for my state filing even though it said it would be free
