not worth the money

we've used turbo tax for the last three years and this will be the last year we use your product. the quality and ease of use isnt near what it has been and the hidden fees at the need were a shock.

Great Job

I have been using this product for several years. Like the fact that it pulls in data from previous year to get started and then allows you to update that info instead of having to start fresh each year.

Dissappointed in 2014 Version

This years version of TT is poor. I will seriously reconsider purchasing next year due to this years performance. It requires the internet to open every time. No reason for that at all. Too much internet requirement. Make it operate without internet access again.
Have used TT for years and have been loyal but no longer!
What's great about it: does the math
What's not so great: Too much requirement of internet access

You changed the version I needed and I have used your product for many many years.
I have always used the deluxe version and this year went I needed the small business and schedule C is was not included in the deluxe.
I did not purchase this myself I had to send someone to get this for me, due to surgery...i couldn't walk or drive.
So now i can't file because what I normally had isn't there this year of all years...and I can't afford the additional monies it cost to upload . Your cost had gone up so much.
So, I guess, I"ll not file my business information and take a big loss ,...there is no other choice for me.
Next year I will be looking at other products our there.

What's not so great: changing of the deluxe format
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy

Keeps improving every year. Very easy and straight forward. Easy to navigate, save, go back and review. I was about to go get my check book when I was ready to efile and I clicked continue and TurboTax auto populated my bank account information.
What's great about it: Very easy, I liked that it remembered and pulled information from the previous year, including Bank account information.

Pro & Cons of my use

HR Block's TaxCut I always fought the install & updates for about 8 hours but was cheaper.
Intuit's TurboTax installed without a lot of fighting but cost more.
Wish I could look at the product package and see what it will really do (including state-level) before I bought it.

What's great about it: Software installed / updated quick and dependably, did the job, not confusing
What's not so great: Hidden cost to get a state download, and again to file each state.
