Disappointed

The Illinois return hung up in final stages. The only way I could get my system to operate was to restart it. This was after consulting the help tab, which I found not to be very helpful. When I restarted the software it began giving me script errors on every screen.
What's great about it: MOST of the software performed as great as usual
What's not so great: The Illinois return hung up

Best thing I ever did

I go to turbo tax every year as it's always been ride on. I am notified when my return is processed and if something is wrong, they will let you know and you can go back and amend. This is a good program.
What's great about it: Turbotax is so easy, I like the fact they ask me the questions and I don't have to figure numbers out.
What's not so great: price of turbo tax. I hear you can do it on line now.

This is very easy to do and walks you through it step by step. It does help if you keep things handy when ready to sit down and do this.

I have been using TurboTax for years. If you need a tax program that is easy to use, then TurboTax should be your choice for an easy and accurate program.
