We have used Turbo Tax for many years now. We really like the side by side from last year and the current year. It has really helped us to see any changes. The process only takes about an hour and we really enjoy the free e-file.
What's great about it: It remembers my info from prior year.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for at least five years. I had tried some other software, but found it to be not as easy to follow.
I feel like more examples could be used in the explanations to help the average person understand different points in the law. Also, the highlighting of important facts or points to explain what is new in the taxes for this tax year would help.

What's great about it: Turbo tax is the easiest to follow to fill out the tax return forms.
What's not so great: Because Turbo Tax is so widely used, it would like it could easily be hacked.

confused

previously we could do a state before paying you to do it and for good reason . it cost me more to file non resident state than I got back from one and another I owe them so in both cases I would not have filed either state. why pay you and still pay non resident state so I lost price of 1 state filing.
What's great about it: guide thru ok
What's not so great: stat payment before doing tax
