TurboTax is Terrific

Great Tool. I've been using TurboTax now for several years. The creators did a really good job making it fairly easy to use. Love to have a live chat option with a turbotax advisor or a phone number to speak with someone. Maybe an option one day but until then, I'll continue to use.
What's great about it: So easy to use, even I can do it.
What's not so great: No phone number contact handy, No live chat

Fast, Easy & Efficient

I have used Turbo tax for many years now and have been a happy customer. Prior to using Turbo Tax I used TaxCut software. There is no comparison - Turbo Tax is far superior.
With Turbo Tax, if you have prepared your documentation in advance, completing the forms should take you only a couple of hours. The questioning format of TurboTax is efficient, accurate and leads you in the right direction for you tax filing needs.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and complete. Prepared data allows completion in less than 2 hours.
What's not so great: Print is quite small... could be larger

I have used the program for a number of years and I have had no problems. It checks all areas where you could receive additional refunds easily.

Worked well Again

After using Turbotax for over fifteen years encountered the first glitch in the program. Could not pay for the state e-filing fee using the program. Instead had to pay over the phone which wasn't a bad experience at all. Overall would not hesitate to recommend Turbotax to anyone!!

Love Turbo Tax

I have been doing my taxes for several years with Turbo Tax and I absolutely love being in control of it, had a very bad experience with a national tax service and would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone and everyone that wants to get the most out of doing your own taxes!!!!!!!
