great refund

Spent much time trying to transfer info from 2012 to 2013 from old computer to new but impossible to do.
So, without transferred info, turbo tax took longer to do this year.
Please, please, make it possible to transfer from PDF or make it possible to save, as is, to flash drive.

What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: Cannot transfer info from save pdf file and can't save anyway but pdf to flashdrive.

Everything worked just as it should. led me thru every step, asked all questions. Pulled all info from last years return. State's filings were seamless, download was quick. done in about 45 minutes

I have used Turbo Tax for years and love the ease of using it. It transfers data, and walks you through the process. What used to take a 3 day weekend can now be done in an afternoon.
One negative. When you file paper forms, you must read and understand the instructions to do so. Turbo Tax asks questions, but you do not get the comprehensive understanding like you do with the forms. However, it saves huge amounts of time, and you can always buy audit defense so you have someone who understands it if needed.

Easiest way to do taxes!

I've been using TurboTax since 2009 and it's never let me down. It's always been easy to use, but every year it seems to get better. This year I plugged in two numbers and it downloaded all my W2 info from ADP automatically. It doesn't get much easier than that!
What's great about it: Inexpensive, easy, don't have to wait in line, you can do it in your underwear!
What's not so great: None

Years ago, I had another tax preparer. I wound up paying additional taxes. Not since I started using Turbo Tax.
