Good - almost

I thought the cost of all filing was included in the software. I was surprised I had to pay more money to complete my taxes. I don't like hidden fees.
The 'don't send marketing' option should be the default, or just a click of a button. Having to take extra time to fill in my information should be required if I want marketing sent to me. At least Turbo Tax gives the option to not have marketing sent.
What's great about it: Good help filling in all info needed to file taxes
What's not so great: extra surprise cost - minor marketing hassle

Easy as Pie

Turbo Tax is user friendly and reliable. Customer service is great. No complaints.
What's great about it: Really like the auto fill for w-2. Saves a ton of time. Enjoy having the option of being guided through or do it myself
What's not so great: Been using turbo tax online for the past 3 years. First year I had difficulty, but problem was resolved

Works like a charm except for the fact that every time I access the software I am asked to register my product even though I registered the first time. And then is has the nerve to ask me if I really want to proceed without registering.

2014 was simple, the ease of use and explanations made it easy to file.The state forms had changed from previous years, still not a problem. Thanks Turbo Tax, this customers HAPPY

Great every year!

Great as usual. The one issue was with importing taxes it did not "see" amount in box 19 for local taxes thru importing. After manually entering there was no issue.

What's not so great: Locality tax issue

Had a child go to college this year and thought it would be a lot harder to do taxes, Ended up being just as super easy!

What's great about it: I liked the step-by-step instructions; which made using Turbo Tax easy and pain-free. Love it!
What's not so great: Once you select that your are retired, it should automatically put you into either pension/annuity or social security.

Using your product for years. It's deductible feature great for those who donate and itemize...really helps to maximize refund.
