Still the Best!

This is my fifth year to use Turbo Tax and as usual it was a breeze. You can choose to have Turbo Tax walk you through each step or, if you are a seasoned tax preparer, you can select which categories you need. Turbo Tax continues to get me the very best refund, it leaves no stone unturned in doing so either. I have spent a whole lot more to have someone do my taxes for me and when I did them myself with Turbo Tax my refund was higher. From simple to complicated I have the utmost confidence in Turbo Tax and will continue to use it for years to come.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to use, idiot proof.

It went a lot faster. It asked me the questions and singled out what I needed to do for my deductions.

This is the 9th year we have used turbo tax. i used a CPA before and felt i was getting a good deal. wow was i wrong. now my return is mine not the accountants. I have recommended your program to my family and they too are now using the program. i even have a family member who works for the IRS using this program. That speaks volumes to me about the effectiveness of this program. I plan on using it for many years to come. Keep it up! THANKS TURBO-TAX

Better than paper and pen

I just do itemized deductions, the bank still owns the car and house. So it simplifies my tax returns. I used to do it by hand and always some one digit off with my math (I didn't use a calculator either). This is so much easier.
I am not fond of my mortgage company right now. Finding out what principal interest for the year is like pulling your dog's teeth. It isn't just the affordable care act that has techs that could design their site better. Trouble shooting the same problem indicates a problem with the program. Kmart isn't too hot either with their on line; the pharmacy techs know but what can they do.
Apparently the tax forms have changed wording and forms. I need to learn Spanish and I think that would be easier to understand. At least it won't change year to year. If it weren't for Turbo Tax I would be looking up on line what they are asking.

A great resource - yet again!

TurboTax continues to make tax season quick and painless. Beyond the program itself, the process that catches mistakes and helps you make corrections is reassuring.
What's great about it: user friendly, thorough, efficient
