I have loved TurboTax for decades!!

I have used TurboTax forever! I like that it walks me through everything so that I don't miss anything - or any deduction! I think it's better than using a 'tax guy'. They e-file for me and I get my refund fast!
What's great about it: So easy to use
What's not so great: can't think of anything
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall great experience in using Turbo Tax. Been using Turbo Tax for seven years. Used one of those other brands eight years ago and had problems where the state tax form was not done correctly. Will continue using Turbo Tax on 2015 Taxes.

I was a professional tax preparer (retired) and have used Turbo Tax for 15 years. Easy to read and understand. Can be used with the guide or for me to go to specific forms (when I want). Love the products.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: State tax forms - had problem with wording of a question
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
