PRAISE FOR Tax Advisor ELIZABETH WAGES in Georgia

My wife and I have used Turbotax for our tax prep for years and really l iike it. But we were unable to Efile our 2014 Federal Tax using Turbotax due to "problem with a form" w no other specific details. Yesterday 10/12/15, we spoke with Turbo tax's Tax Advisor ELIZABETH WAGES in Georgia who advised us to create a DIAGNOSTIC COPY of our return. Today we appreciated call as promised by Ms Wages- VERY knowledgable & helpful! . She had reviewed diagnostic copy & our returns on Turbotax & identified problem as " a W2 form from Insurance Co with ZERO in Box1 for wages". So she advised us to delete that W2 form from our tax return & WOW! we were able to Efile our 2014 Federal tax in less than 15min!! She also provided us other helpful excellent info eg re E filing process/pros and cons Versus paper filing etc.

What's great about it: KNOWLEDGABLE & HELPFUL Turbo Tax Advisor ELIZABETH WAGES
What's not so great: Turbotax Agents spent hours w us on phone w our problem -Should have referred us to your tax advisor EARLIER!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I did not like correcting the contributions forms when I had already entered the info.
What's great about it: It makes sure you look at EVERY chnace to pay fewer tAXES
What's not so great: The corrections app is very tedious. There has to be a better way to make corrections.

I have been using Turbotax for years and I am generally happy with it, but if I want to avoid 'Interview' mode and go straight to 'Forms' #for example form 2106#, it takes me to a worksheet first and there seem to be several worksheets. You literally have to look to find the real form 2106. I wished you could simplify that and just give us the form we need first and then give us links to the worksheets. Thank you
