Good Program

I tried other tax programs and got confused, causing several changes to be done at the end, and then I worried about them being correct.
What's great about it: Understandable, Easy to work with
What's not so great: (Paying taxes.). Turbo Tax Program is great.

Frustration!

Should allow printing directly from program, not via PDF, which also does not print directly from my computer.
Previous entries now have nowhere to go. I opted to not claim some expenses.
Too concise. I appreciate that it is a one size fits all method, but I am still spending way too much time reading "further". I have to guess on a lot of answers, based on limited information provided.

Speedy Return

I'm a long time user of TurboTax. The software is pretty much, streamlined (not slow or clunky) with updates to make my return accurate. I've been given real peace of mind with all the support being offered (ie help center, error check, legal options, etc). I'm looking forward to 2015 using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Important - Asking more questions - IRS wants more info

What's great about it: liked the prompts and additional information links, like the downloading of information from previous returns/employers,
What's not so great: Don't always understand some of the jargon

First experience

I have just figured out I have to make a return. The words "return", "itemized"... seem obvious for you but not for me.
Nevertheless I have managed to do it and could not have done it without Turbotax. The pain is nearly over...
I have tested the hotline, convenient.
I advise people to have all their data prepared in excel, using same tables from one year to another. These preparations tables could be provided by Turbotax.

Never Disappointed with Turbo Tax

I am an accountant and have been using Turbo Tax for years. It is the easiest for my family, have never encountered any errors or other difficulties and cost is reasonable.
What's great about it: Detailed explanations at each step
What's not so great: Nothing from my point of view
