Beatrix, your customer service rep, was very helpful and walked me through the pitfalls of forgetting my account information from last year! And of course Turbo Tax was very thorough and easy to navigate.

like that can transfer info from year to year. like that my company can automatic downlaod the info. saves a lot of time. did take prepare person in past was very expensive, glad turbo tax is easy enough for anyone to do
What's great about it: like can file electrically and has direct deposit
What's not so great: don't like having to pay extra for state tax

Also, at this point I can't print my state forms for filing by mail.
What's not so great: The software did not allow me to have my federal tax refund handled as an estimated tax payment for 2015.

Quick and easy to understand. Easy to navigate and go back if you need to. Completed both Fed and State return and filed in less then 40 minutes

time and money savings

easy to do, time and money savings are great. Would recommend to anyone.
What's great about it: easy info transport
What's not so great: didn`t have the hour drive and sitting in the smelly cpa office boohoo
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
