TurboTax worked well, as in previous years.
My problem this year was that I had to work without the record of my 2013 return. Had to delay filing this year as my tax records were misplaced during housing renovations and still not located. For some reason, 2013 return did not get properly into my electronic records, either. Left me without info needed for DC return.
I expect to use TurboTax again next year.

I have used Turbotax for about 6 years now and will continue to use the product.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: cost

It would be most helpful if TurboTax printed out the itemized deductions. Please try to incorporate that function in future additions.
What's great about it: Easy to use with guided instructions and examples
What's not so great: Does not print out your itemized charitable contributions

See CONS, I diagnosed system. Internet attach is fine and plenty of band width.
Only thing I can presume, is my delayed filing status put your system is a flux.

What's not so great: System would NOT e-connect to pay for upgrade, tax audit protection, or e-file

no ability to do taxes last and still add to turbo tax
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: printing at the end for mailing very confusing
