Customer Service Resolved my Issue

I had filed for an extension and was travelling overseas. I had a short window to file my returns before my next travel and I thought my California Return should not take long. However , it went into a loop. I called Customer Service and lady was very polite and understood my issue.
She solved the problem, by allowing me to down load the CA state return and stayed with me till I was able to see it to proceed with state Tax Return.
I was thinking of leaving Turbo tax after so many years (I used their products,They were Parson Technology).
The customer service lady saved the day.
Thank you Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: Customer Service rep was prompt and made sure I could download the State Return
What's not so great: State Return did not open when I completed my Federal Return. It went into a loop.

Getting My Refund was a Breeze!

I have used TurboTax two years in a row, and I love it.
What's great about it: easy to navigate and understand the explanations of each subject
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Is The Best

I have used Turbo Tax all but one time out of the past 25 years and every time I have been able to get the maximum refund available to me. Ever since my children started working I done all of our family's tax returns and they have always received a maximum refund too. I owned my own business and the only way to get certain necessary forms is to download the turbotax program into the computer which takes up additional space on my computers. This is every year! There was one very bad financial year for our family due to a bankruptcy in which I had to go back and produce evidence to the IRS and to the bankruptcy courts proof of all of our income for 10 years and TurboTax made that process very easy because every year was right there at my fingertips. I did not have to dig through boxes because I had saved and backed up every one of my computers and laptops to an external hard drive. All I had to do was print the PDF files again and that made an awful situation much smoother.
I WOULD NEVER USE ANY OTHER TAX PROGRAM!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: business tax programs downloaded into computer annually

ITS DEDUCTABLE NOT FRIENDLY TO TOUCH SCREEN

THE OTHER CON IS THAT IF I WENT BACK TO REVIEW A SECTION TO CHECK AN ENTRY, I HAD TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ALL OVER AGAIN ON SUBSEQUENT PAGES INSTEAD OF JUST GOING TO THAT PAGE AND DOING WHAT I HAD TO DO.
What's great about it: FOR SOMEONE WITH ADHD, THIS KEEPS ME ORGANIZED AND ON TRACK.K
What's not so great: HAD TO USE THE SCROLL BAR OR MY TOUCH PAD FOR SCROLLING DOWN EACH PAGE. ANNOYING AND TIME CONSUMING.G

The Feds refused my return and Turbo Tax was great in guiding me to the right approach. After following the instructions I was given I was able to fix my taxes and get filed.
What's great about it: caught mistakes
