Fast, covered all bases.

I stopped using Turbo Tax 10 years ago, for a number of reasons (Extreme complexity in my tax returns was one), but not through any fault of Turbo Tax. I filed my 2013 and 2014 taxes with Turbo Tax, and I feel it did a great job for me. Easy to use interface, with my questions on each section answered with their built in help. A very positive experience.
What's great about it: Works great!
What's not so great: Getting a pin from the IRS for Efiling, not Intuit's fault at all

missing and crashing

this sw is for windows. therefore it is assumed it will crash. how come the ppl in intuit do notknow that and do not provide setting for autosave. my system window 7.

Always a winner

I live in a foreign country. The first 2 years we hired a tax attorney in the US to complete our federal return. Then I found I could do the same using TurboTax since all the forms were included as well as instructions on how to complete them. This is my eighth year using TurboTax for a foreign country return and probably my 20th year using TurboTax. It means I could complete the return in less than 3 hours which included getting all the numbers from Quicken first.
What's great about it: Consistent from year to year making data entry easy
What's not so great: no comment

Taxing

My ire is not with you but the entire tax process. I just get frustrated because I make all of the necessary actions during the year to avoid complex reactions when I do my taxes with my wife.
What's great about it: The process is at my fingertips
What's not so great: I can't really think of too many.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
