As usual, Turbo Tax was helpful in filing our returns. We rely on their process to walk us through each step. Once our return was completed, we had a little trouble paying for e-filing our state return. That was quickly remedied by the helpful staff at Intuit. We'll use your software again next year!
What's great about it: Easy to load, easy to use
What's not so great: Problem paying online; used a representative over the phone

Surprised with the Simplicity!

What's great about it: Turbo did all the work
What's not so great: none...quite lengthy with a simple tax man...but I see the advantages of the being thorough
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Back feature needs improvemen

if only you can improve on the BACK button feature I would rate it as excellent. IE. when you go to the back button, it doesn't take you where you left off.
What's great about it: OK for a fill-in format
What's not so great: Back button is not too user friendly

Foreign Income Demanding

The foreign Income and foreign tax withheld sections are demanding to follow. The tax code itself is a challenge and while TurboTax is a huge help, the foreign income and tax credit entries remain a very demanding exercise to understand the various income and tax categories and calculations.
What's great about it: Linked Worksheets
What's not so great: Instructions difficult to follow

This is a really convenient, practical and well imagined product. I was going to H&R block but decided to try it myself; this gave me the confidence to do it and know that I was doing it right. The salesperson who helped me download was friendly and knowledgeable. I chose the "call me back" option; and I got a return call from the Help desk in less than a minute. No way I would have bought the product without speaking to a person. Keep people!

Katrina in customer service was awesome. The online program gave me a lot of problems, but she talked me through fixing my return and was extremely helpful. You would have lost a customer if it had not been for her.
