Lifesaver

We will ALWAYS use Turbo Tax in the future!
What's great about it: This helped us so much in a very difficult year with a lot of changes. Too complicated for us but not TurboTax.
What's not so great: That we haven't used more carefully in the past....husband was in charged and missed stuff.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Program would not let me send return as presented. Would always review and ask me to fill forms that were not required.
What's great about it: Remembers last years return
What's not so great: Took hours to finally get filed

A good program that I've trusted for years. They do try to up-sell you to more advanced versions.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process nicely.
What's not so great: Despite having a pretty standard situation for Intuit users, I needed to upgrade.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Called in for telephone support. Agent took control of my screen and pointed out the error. He was great to work with - very personable and efficient.
What's not so great: was missing data in one field - software did not make error obvious
